Delivery & Collection Information

At Castles & Events Boutique, we aim to make your bouncy castle hire, inflatable rental, or mascot appearance as smooth and stress-free as possible. To help you plan your perfect event, here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and collection process.

🕗 Delivery Times

We start our daily deliveries from 8:00 AM, and our goal is to have all castles and inflatables delivered by 1:00 PM. This ensures that your party or event is set up well in advance, giving you peace of mind and plenty of time to prepare.

If you’re looking for a last-minute bouncy castle hire or need something urgently, give us a call! We’ll always do our best to help and accommodate urgent or same-day bookings, depending on availability.

🕘 Collection Times

Our standard collection time is by 9:00 PM. Any hour beyond 9:00 PM will incur a small late collection fee of £15 per hour, unless the delay is due to us.

Please note, we do not guarantee delivery at 8:00 AM and collection at 8:00 PM, as we must ensure fair time allocation across all of our customers. If you require an extended hire period, this can be arranged for an additional fee of £35. Just let us know in advance!

⏳ Hire Duration & Extended Hire

All hires come with a minimum of 6 hours of inflatable fun.
If you’d like to extend your hire time, simply mention it in the additional notes during booking. We’ll contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment.

🌙 Overnight Hire

We do offer overnight hire for selected inflatables, perfect for sleepovers or multi-day events!

Overnight hire fee: £30
Collection will take place between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM the following day.
Please check in advance if the inflatable you're booking is eligible for overnight stay.

✅ Preparation for Collection

To help us stay on schedule and serve everyone efficiently:

Please switch off all inflatables 10–15 minutes before your scheduled collection time.
This allows us to pack down quickly and keep deliveries and collections running smoothly for all customers.
